How to Sign Up for Play Laugh N Grow - Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Programs
At Play Laugh N Grow , we believe in a child-centered approach to education. We recognize that each child is unique and learns at their own pace. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore the world around them.
Step 1: Gather Information
Before you begin the enrollment process, please gather the following information:
- Child’s full name and date of birth
- Parent/guardian contact information (phone number, email address, and home address)
- Any special needs or considerations for your child
- Preferred start date
Step 2: Schedule a Tour
We encourage all prospective families to schedule a tour of our facility. This is a great opportunity to meet our staff, see our classrooms, and learn more about our programs. To schedule a tour:

Step 3: Complete the Enrollment Application
Once you have decided to enroll your child, please complete our enrollment application. You can obtain the application in the following ways:
- Online: Fill out our contact form to get started.
- In-Person: Request a paper application during your tour or visit our office.
Step 4: Submit Required Documents
Along with your completed enrollment application, please submit the following documents:
- A copy of your child’s most recent physical
- Immunization records
- Any relevant medical or developmental information
- Emergency contact information
Step 5: Pay the Enrollment Fee
To secure your child’s spot in our program, a non-refundable enrollment fee is required. The fee amount is [insert fee amount]. Payment can be made via:
